The students have an opportunity to learn hands on from dog professionals. Our growing enrichment program offers a mentorship program working with the top behavioral specialist professionals in their field. Junior Training 102-103 provide trained dogs in Healing Paws Co Service dog program for children with disabilities and/or washed out. All levels of classes have eight classes, each class is an hour long. Each student will be assigned a dog to work some basic/advanced training with fundamental. JR 101-103 are one a week, an hour long for classes per level and are four students to a class. Please be advised if there are not enough children in your class slot you will be asked to move into a class to fill it up to its limit. This program can be used as to see if the student has the passion in behavioral training. Our students have the chance to become a coach and/or assistant trainer after they graduate the two required level of classes and gain a place on our teams in the school or sister companies. Throughout we will have special fun trips that the students can sign up to go on with the dog.
Student can choose to participate in the Service Paw/Junior to Senior or both programs after graduating JR101-103. This program provides an untrained puppy that the Junior Assistant will assist in training at the school. once the dog is assigned and paid in full the hosting junior trainer will be reimbursed half of their tuition back to reinvest into paying half for a dog to co own as the student learns to become a Senior Trainer. The students also can volunteer during their prgram helping the service paw students and coaches. Once the student fulfills required amount of volunteer hours they can become a paid coach assisting with class.

This is due along with the supplies at time of registration. This fee holds the students spot in the class you choose.
Dog treats bag, treats, poop bags, whistle, clicker along with a slip lead. Student must bring supplies for each class. Water and bowls will be provided for the dogs. This is due at time of registration.
Eight classes a hour each class of learning to read dog, use training tools, being taught how to train basic training skills. The dogs are provided to graduate this level the student must be able to get their dog to sit, lay, stay walk away ask them to come and have them turn and sit along with advanced basic obedience training. Required to graduate to move to Junior 102.

Any graduating student can host a puppy in the Healing Paws Company Program while assisting in the practice schedule and caretaking of the dog. Students 18 & over can become a senior trainer after training they train one service dog under their assigned coach.

This allows alumni s to participate in fun outings with the dogs as they come about on the events calendar. The price depends on what the event is. Depending what program you have graduated from will depend if a program dog is provided. If the student is enrolled in the Full Service Paw Program once they graduate certain levels of training they will be qualified to bring their dog in training.
Once the student graduates the student can decide to be trained to become a senior trainer. The student will be assigned a dog within the service dog program that need their basic and advance training done. The Junior assistant will help with the training of their assigned dog within the training plan times and days. The junior trainers family can decide to host the dog which makes the student get a feel of what being a behavorial trainer is like to see if they want a future in it.
This program allows the graduate to learn how to train and gain a service dog while doing so. Your coach will scout for the breed agreed upon. You and the student will go with your coach to pick the correct dog. The student is required a year in half commitment coming to the school once a week in group class, once a week home visit with your coach, and to practice the fundamental training plan laid out by your coach.
